GVRO Staff Information
This will feature: Ticket Handling, Hosting, Professionalism, General Matters, Commands, Punishments, and Driving and Patrolling.
1. Ticket Handling
➡️ The first step to becoming a successful staff member is to handle tickets properly. In tickets, you must:
- Be professional
- Use grammar at all times
- Respond quickly
- Not use commands
- Resolve them to the best of your ability
➡️ If you do all of these things, you will be ensured as a good staff member, and people will likely be kind to you. If you are the opposite of these things, people may get upset or steal your tickets. Please remember to introduce yourself and review any provided evidence for HR+ to handle the situation.
2. Hosting
➡️ As a Low Rank in GVRO, you must host to be eligible for promotions. To do this, please follow all the steps below and if further help is needed, please contact someone through the Chain of Command.
➡️ To have a successful session, you must:
Do /startup in #experience-1
Once it has reached 10 Reactions, do /setup
Once you are parked in your staff car and ready to release, do /ea for early access
After early access, you do /release and fill out the command based on the in-game status
➡️ Now, you will begin checkpoint and read the session's rules after closing the link. An example would be:
:HA Welcome! Please park up so we can begin checkpoint and rules.
:HA Today's session will be FRP 65, Strict PT, with HC (House Claiming) On
:HA Please wait while I begin checkpoint
➡️ You will now begin checkpoint by pinging through PLAYER LIST in the checkpoint channel.
Once you have completed checkpoint, you may release PS and EA, along with staff, and then everybody else.
➡️ To ensure everything is going well, be sure to check GVRO for any pings with clips, and the in-game chat. If you see anybody going above FRP, do not hesitate to stop them, along with any FRP’rs
If you follow all of these steps, you are sure to be promoted and out of LR Soon!
